专利说明:
Summary A headlight module (1) for motor vehicles with at least one light source (2), which is followed by at least one deflection mirror (3), a micromirror array (4) and a lens (5) in the beam path, the light emitted by the at least one light source being transmitted via the Deflecting mirror is reflected onto the micromirror array controlled by a controller and the light image generated thereon is projected via the lens as a luminous image into the traffic area, in which the lens and mirror are formed in one piece as a lens / mirror block (10) which has a lens area (10 -3) and has a mirror area (10-5). Fig. 3/10 P15697 The invention relates to a headlight module for motor vehicles with at least one light source, which is followed by at least one deflecting mirror, a micromirror array and a lens in the beam path, the light emitted by the at least one light source being reflected via the deflecting mirror onto the micromirror array controlled by a controller and the light image generated on this is projected via the lens as a luminous image into the traffic area. Headlight modules of this type are known and are described, for example, in DE 10 2014 219 799 A1 or in JP 2015138763 A. In the case of headlights, there is usually a need for very compact designs, the assembly of a headlight being simple and taking the required accuracy into account. An object of the invention is to provide a headlight module or a headlight that meets this need. This object is achieved with a headlight of the type mentioned at the outset, in which the lens and mirror according to the invention are formed in one piece as a lens / mirror block, which has a lens area and a mirror area. Since fewer individual parts are required in the solution according to the invention, this not only results in the desired simplification during assembly, which also eliminates the need for mutual adjustment of the mirror and lens, but also saves material costs and labor. Another advantage of the invention is the shortened tolerance chain due to the reduced number of individual components, which simplifies the manufacturing process and enables a more precise assembly of the headlamp. In a preferred embodiment it is provided that a reflective coating is applied to the surface of the lens / mirror block facing the at least one light source on the mirror area. It can also be provided that at least one further optic is arranged after the lens. Another expedient embodiment is characterized in that a radiation shield coating is applied to the surface of the lens / mirror block facing the at least one light source on a passage area surrounding the lens area. In many cases it has proven to be advantageous if the surface of the lens / mirror block facing the at least one light source is concave and the opposite outer side is convex. In preferred embodiments, the at least one light source has at least one laser diode / LED and a focusing lens arranged downstream of it. The invention also includes a headlight which has at least one headlight module as characterized above. The invention and further advantages are described below using an exemplary embodiment, which is illustrated in the drawing. In this show / 10 1 shows a schematic diagram of the arrangement of a light source, a deflecting mirror, a micromirror array and a lens according to the prior art, 2 shows the structure of a headlight module according to the basic illustration of FIG. 1, partially in section, 3 shows a schematic perspective illustration of the arrangement of a light source, a deflecting mirror, a micromirror array and a lens according to the invention, 4 is a perspective view of an embodiment of the mirror and lens according to the invention as a lens / mirror block, 5 is a perspective view obliquely seen from the front of a headlight module according to the invention with a lens / mirror block covered by a panel, Fig. 6, the headlight module of FIG. 5, but partially cut and Fig. 7 in a representation similar to FIG. 6, a headlight module according to the invention with a different design of the panel. Referring first to FIG. 1, the basic structure of a headlight module 1 or a headlight unit can be seen in a representation that is also greatly simplified with regard to the beam path 15. Parts required for the operation of the module 1, such as a power supply, electronic control, brackets, further optical elements, etc. are also omitted from the drawing for the sake of simplicity. A light source 2, which here consists of three laser diodes or LED chips LED1, LED2, LED3 with subordinate focusing lenses L1, L2, L3 (see also FIG. 3), sends the light emitted by it via a deflecting mirror 3 to the active one Surface of a micromirror array 4. The individual micromirrors, which are controlled intelligently, generate an image which is projected via a lens 5 as a luminous image into the traffic area generally located in front of a motor vehicle. FIG. 2 shows the basic structure shown in FIG. 1 in use in a conventional technical embodiment, the same elements being provided with the same reference numerals as in FIG. 1. One recognizes the light source 2, which can also consist of individual light sources, such as LED chips, furthermore the mirror 3 located in front in the radiation direction of the headlight module, the mirrored surface of which is concavely curved here, again lying further back and above the light source 2 Micromirror array 4. In front of the micromirror array 4, the lens 5, located above the mirror 3, is arranged, here designed as a biconvex glass body. A base body 6 of the module 1 can also be seen, in which the micromirror array 4 and a circuit board 7 of the light sources are mounted and which ensures the necessary stability of the arrangement and possibly also cooling. A separate mirror holder 8 is provided for the mirror 3 and the lens 5 is held in a corresponding holder 9. Apart from the necessary number of individual parts, which also require careful adjustment, there is usually the problem that the mirror should be covered in front by an attractive design panel, but the lens should remain free. Since these parts are close to each other due to the desired compact structure, problems arise for the designer and the designer, because the cover panel then often looks clunky. / 10 In contrast, the basic structure of a headlight module 1 according to the invention is shown in FIG. 3, again using the same reference numerals for the same or comparable parts. It is essential here that the lens and mirror are formed in one piece as a lens / mirror block 10, which has a lens area 10-3 and a mirror area 10-5. The lens / mirror block 10 is made in one piece from glass. For the sake of simplicity, the term "glass" is used, whereby this term used in the description and the claims means a material which has the optical properties of a glass in the sense of classic optics, but does not necessarily have to be a glass in the physical sense got to. The lens material therefore does not have to be amorphous, it could also be crystalline or a plastic, in any case it must be transparent and have light-refractive properties. However, an optical glass in the conventional sense is preferred because it best guarantees a high accuracy of the lens and a heat resistance. It can also be seen, in the following also from FIG. 4, which shows an embodiment of a lens / mirror block 10, that on the surface of the lens / mirror block 10 facing the light source 2 on the mirror region 10-5 a reflecting coating 11, for example a coating highly reflective Ag or Al coating is applied. Furthermore, according to the embodiment in FIG. 4, the lens region 10-3 has a radiation diaphragm coating 12 which only leaves a circular passage region 13 for light in order to avoid the contrast-reducing false light. This radiation diaphragm coating 12 can advantageously consist of the same material as the mirror coating. In a further advantageous embodiment, the radiation diaphragm coating can consist of a visible light-absorbing material which is applied, for example, by means of a two-component injection molding technique or another coating process. In a preferred and illustrated embodiment, the surface of the lens / mirror block 10 facing the light source, which can also be referred to as the inside, is essentially concave, whereas the facing surface or outside is convex. However, all surfaces can also be adapted to the respective lighting requirements, e.g. flat, convex or concave. This depends in particular on further optical elements (lenses) that may be used in module 1. 5 and 6 show the basic structure shown in FIG. 3 in use in a technical embodiment of a headlight module 1 according to the invention, the same elements being provided with the same reference numerals as in the previous figures and not necessarily being described again for simplification. In any case, one can see here the lens / mirror block 10, in which the entire rear side, except for the passage area 13, is provided with a reflective coating 11, for example an Ag coating. In this embodiment, the mirror coating 11, which extends further upward, thus also serves as a radiation diaphragm coating. 5 is drawn in such a way that the rear side of the lens / mirror block 10 can be seen from the front. 5 and 6, one can also see a slender diaphragm 14 which surrounds the lens / mirror block 10, i.e. sideways and above and below, covers and design specifications was designed accordingly. / 10 The embodiment according to FIG. 7 differs from that according to FIGS. 5 and 6 in that the diaphragm 14 here also covers the mirror region 10-5 of the lens / mirror block 10 at the front, so that only the lens region 10-3 is not covered, which is of course necessary because of the light emission. The lens or the lens region 10-3 can either form the front end of the headlight or it can also be protected to the front by a cover glass. Likewise, an additional optics, optionally integrated in the cover glass, can also be arranged downstream of the lens, and further optics elements can also be arranged between the light source and the lens / mirror block. Outside the areas of the lens / mirror block 10 that are relevant in terms of lighting technology, the latter can be designed according to design requirements or mechanical requirements, for example with regard to the mounting in the module.
